Birth Services
Doulas are present at a birth to “mother the mother.” I am there to hold space for you to ensure your desires are heard and respected and that any questions you have are answered by your care practicioners. I am trained in various natural pain relief techniques and I bring my bag of tricks including massage tools, rebozos, pillows, birth ball, heating pads, cooling pads, snacks, aromatherapy.

- 2 prenatal visits – we’ll make a customized birth plan just for you
- continuous support during labour and delivery
- support for your birth partner
- photos and video as you request
- 2 postnatal visits (1 week and 1 month after birth)
- Unlimited phone and e-mail support between our first prenatal visit and last postnatal visit
